Do you offer furnished units?
Unfortunately, Joule on Memorial does not offer furnished units. However, we work with corporate housing companies that can accommodate this.
Is smoking permitted on the property?
Joule on Memorial is a non-smoking community.
Leasing and Application Process
How do I schedule a tour?
Tours can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or email.
What documents are required to apply?
Offer letters, bank statements, and tax returns are accepted as valid forms of income verification and a valid government issued identification card.
What are the income or credit requirements?
Income requirements are 3x the monthly rent (5x for guarantors), and credit screening is completed by a third-party vendor.
How do I apply?

Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, Joule on Memorial requires Liability Insurance.
How long does the approval process take?
The approval process can take 24-72 hours.
Do you offer short term leases?
Joule on Memorial offers lease terms as low as 6 months.
Do you run background and credit checks?
Yes, Joule on Memorial requires a background and credit check for all lease holders over the age of 18.
Pricing, Fees, and Deposits
How much is the security deposit?

Which utilities are included in rent?
Our base rent does not include utilities.
What utilities am I responsible for?
Residents are responsible for amenity fees, water, sewer, renter's insurance, and electricity. For a full list of fees please check out our Floorplans page.
When is rent due and what payment methods are accepted?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payment methods accepted are personal checks, cashiers check, or ACH payments via Bilt.
Move-In, Lease Terms
What lease terms do you offer?
Joule on Memorial offers 6-15 month lease terms.
What is required on move-in day?
Move-in day requirements include proof of insurance, proof of electricity service, payment of the move-in prorated amount, and a signed lease agreement.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
Subletting is not permitted. However, a lease transfer to another unit onsite is acceptable.
What is your move-out policy?
A 60-day notice is required prior to move-out.
Amenities and Lifestyle
What amenities do you offer?
Our amenities include a fitness center, clubroom, and pool. For more information, please visit our Amenities page.
Are amenities open 24/7?
Only the fitness center is open 24/7.
Can residents reserve amenity spaces for private events?
Amenities are not available to reserve for private events.
Is Wi-Fi available in common areas?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in the clubroom.
Do you offer a guest suite for visitors, and what does it include?
Joule on Memorial does not offer a guest suite.
Is parking available onsite?
Yes, assigned parking available at no extra cost and first come first serve guest parking.
Do you offer EV charging stations?
No, we do not have EV charging stations.

No, bike storage is not available.

Packages are delivered directly to the resident's front door.
Are there resident events or community activities?
Yes, we conduct resident events monthly.

How do residents reserve the guest suite, and what is the nightly rate?
Joule on Memorial does not offer a guest suite.

Yes, guest parking is available.
How do guests access the building?
Direct dial to resident who will grant access.

Is the building accessible for individuals with disabilities?
Yes, the community is accessible to all approved residents and their guests.

Yes, all amenities and common areas are accessible.
Do you offer accessible parking spaces?
Yes, accessible and guest parking is available.

Do you allow pets?
Yes, Joule on Memorial is a pet friendly community. All pets approved through our pet screening vendor are welcome.
Are there any breed restrictions?
Yes, any aggressive breed stated on our community policies are restricted unless approved as a service animal.
How many pets are allowed per apartment?
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per unit.
Are service animals permitted?
Service animals are permitted once approved through pet screening.
Do you have pet amenities?
No, we do not have any pet amenities.
